Added many events, including ROC Sprint Series, OCIN Sprint Series, WCOC Sprint, and updates to the OLOU Sprint Series. It looks like hosting a Sprint Series this summer is the thing to do! (May 12)

Added a triple-header from LAOC in June and the Mother of All Sprints (from DVOA) on Mother's Day (April18)

Added GHO's AAA Nite Sprint Series in Hamilton, ON (April 11)

Added an MVOC sprint that is happening very soon, took a customer complaint about not posting 2 events, and added another BAOC sprint later this month. (April 9)

Added CSU's Spring Sprint Series, which is part of the 2008 Boston Park Series. (March 29)

Added some premier sprint events in Canada, including the first ever sprint on the ocean floor and a sprint event organized by Wil and Mike Smith and Holger Hott! An August week in New Brunswick could bring you massive sprint points. Also added another stellar event by West Point...always fun, and updated a Stars event. (March 29)

Added many, many OLOU sprints, including the OLOU Tuesday Evening Sprint Series. Many points to be had!! (added March 3)

Added RMOC sprints on 6/21 and 7/26, BAOC sprints on 4/27 and 5/17, and GCO sprint on 5/10 (added Feb. 28)

2008 Sprint Series

The 2007 Sprint Series is over and the the 2008 Sprint Series is already underway — the kick-off was the sprint at the Chicago Area OC’s Big Blues Ramble A meet. We’re expecting a busier than ever season of sprints both in the USA and Canada.

There are a couple of changes in the rules for 2008 — the points for each sprint drop by two for the first few places (makes it worth more to finish at or near the top), and fundraisers for our national teams add a 10-point bonus, up from 5 points last year. For the full rules, click here.

We are still working on plans for the 2008 Sprint Finals.

To add an sprint to the calendar, let us know about it as soon as possible, in any case at least 20 days before the event.
